Submission Guidelines
General Information (2 Categories)
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee.
All abstracts should be submitted electronically in a single word file in English language.
- Each abstract should be uniformly structured for example:
There should be separate fields for ‘Abstract Title’, ‘Authors’, ‘Presenting Author’, ‘Institution’ and the ‘Abstract’ (They could be submitted as a single column table with each row representing a field. - Abstract itself should be limited to 250 words, or should be truncated at 250 words.
- Only one table or figure can be accepted with abstract.
- The Presenting Author takes the primary responsibility for communicating the abstract. Therefore, be sure to fill out the accurate information.
Technical Instructions and Format
Abstract Details
- Length: 250 words maximum. Abstract more than 250 words will not be accepted or truncated.
- Only up to one table, figure or image is allowed.
- Language: English only
- Structure of Abstract: The abstract must be concise and divided into the following sub-headings: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion
- The abstract must be in form of a Single paragraph without stylized headings
- A submission confirmation letter will be automatically sent to the submitter and the presenting author by e-mail once the abstract has been submitted.
- Abstracts selected for poster presentation need to send their posters in electronic format (as E-poster).
- Accepted Abstract to be submitted in E-Poster format by 31st December for Poster Presentation.
E-Poster Specifications
- The E-poster will be displayed in standard PPT format (16×9).
- The file format should be high-resolution JPEG (below 2 MB). A single JPEG file should be sent.
Animations/sounds/movies will not be supported. Please submit in stable JPEG (no GIFs etc).
